It’s the most wonderful time of the year. The pace is slower and there’s more time to exchange greetings and catch up a little with our loyal friends. The whole garden center smells like fresh-cut Fraser Firs, the bonfire is crackling and the tree saw is whining.  Carols are playing in the Christmas Greenhouse and Gift Shop, decorators are choosing ornaments and bundles of fresh greens, and thoughtful shoppers are browsing for the perfect gifts.  It’s Christmastime at Grandma’s and we hope you can stop in soon!  Here are this week’s events.

Nov. 17th, 9-5 and Nov. 18th, 10-5, enjoy a re-do of our Thursday event, nearly frozen out by the ice storm.  Phones and internet are up and running and we’ll be happy to see you all weekend for these great specials, and giveaways while they last:

60% off All Fall & Halloween Decor too, including custom pieces by Karen!

Our Christmas displays are full of unique finds to make your gift giving and decorating the best ever!

No charge for the use of our sleigh for your family pics (even the furry family members are welcome) but we’ll glad accept donations for the Humane Society of Greater Dayton! Pictured is Trey Rhinehart who belongs to Grandma’s founding family.  He’s a good boy!

Our forest of fresh fragrant cut Fraser Firs from the Blue Ridge Mountains will be on display and ready for your family’s inspection by “Purple Friday”, November 23rd.  You can start your day with our free Pancake Breakfast for shoppers, choose a tree that our guys will give a fresh cut before loading, and then enjoy a S’more by our campfire!  And if you hear a bell ring as you’re putting up your tree, that’s a little gift from Grandma.  Merry Christmas!

On weekends, we’ll have the campfire burning                    and the S’mores fixin’s ready!

Our 100 Trees for Troops arrive Monday, Nov. 19 but you can purchase a tree for $30 and fill out your tag with personal message right now.  We’ll pick out a nice tree to tag for you!
This year, FedEx is taking Grandma’s trees to the U.S. Naval Air Station at Meridian, MS. It’s our 11th anniversary of serving as a Trees for Troops location, and we appreciate all in the community — families and businesses — who can help us fill that truck by Dec. 2nd.
